831 Catering is a Full Service Event Management and Catering Co. 

Passionate about the service and food we provide we strive to keep it local, fresh, and fun. Offering full scale and staffed catering events for small gatherings and large events with thousands of guests.

We have cooked a dinner for 10 in a home on Carmel Beach, we have cooked in the parking lot of a race track for some of the best race car drivers out there, we have even served a 5 course meal on the beach! We will cook wherever the party is, if you dream it, we do it.
